There will be a screening of eight short surf films provided by Save The Waves at the basketball cancha in Troncones. 6pm.
The 80-minute screening is part of an international effort to bring awareness to the immense economic value of surfing for small communities and the environmental impact of unchecked real estate development. Save The Waves has helped 14 towns around the world gain protection for their surf breaks, including Todos Santos in Baja and Puerto Escondido in Oaxaca.
