Casa Saint George is a small boutique hotel on Avenida de la Playa in Troncones, made for romantic getaways, quiet retreats and celebrations by the sea. Crosses are its signature motif: carved into candle holders, set in stone with rosaries hanging from them, hung above the entry way and the beds. It gives the place a calm, sacred feel, like a sanctuary.

There are seven rooms, each different. The two Penthouse Suites have living rooms, floor-to-ceiling ocean views and private plunge pools. Suite 1 sits on the ground floor and opens straight onto the pool, with its own loungers and a bistro table for breakfast. Suites 2 and 3 are upstairs, with balconies looking over the pool to the ocean and the sunset. The Garden Suite trades the view for a private garden patio and an outdoor bathtub, and the Butler’s Hideaway has soaring ceilings and a dramatic chandelier.

Downstairs there’s a restaurant serving local flavors, a bar, a beach bar on the sand and massages when you want them. The hotel also hosts weddings and events.
