Live on the Edge

Live on the Edge is a two-bedroom condo at the very edge of Punta Majahua, with an oceanfront deck and a splash pool above the beach. Living room, kitchen and deck open into one another, so the whole place feels like a single room with the Pacific along one side.

It’s part of Punta Majahua’s wave-inspired design, created by Zozaya Arquitectos, where curved walls echo the shapes of the sea. Located in the Sofia building, this is the easiest unit to access and to live in—there are no stairs from the car and no rocks to cross to reach the sand.

Live on the Edge sleeps four, with a king bed in one room and two twins in the other. Two newly replaced air conditioners and ceiling fans, new furniture, a full kitchen with stove, oven and French press, fiber-optic internet for remote work, a workspace and an outdoor shower. Shared pools, a grill area and direct beach access come with the building, and the host has two bikes with lights to rent.
