Villa Armonia
Between Troncones and Majahua, a path of coconut palms leads to a house with almost no walls. Villa Armonia is built the traditional way, with soaring palapas by Mexican architect Enrique Zozaya, open to the breeze and furnished with artisanal pieces made by regional craftsmen.
The gardens are the heart of it: mature, meticulous, and wrapped around every corner of the property. They lead to the master palapa bedroom, with a king bed, a sitting area, and ocean and garden views. Its indoor-outdoor bathroom sits in the greenery, and at night the garden fountain joins the sound of the waves.
The kitchen, grill and dining area face the surf and the pool, shaded by swaying coconut palms. Afternoons belong to the swinging palapa beach-bed and the hammock.
There’s room for more. A two-story guest bungalow with king and queen beds, a kitchenette and a balcony sleeps two to four. A screened garden casita with its own bathroom sleeps two more, so the villa hosts up to six. Daily housekeeping and pool and garden care are included, and the house manager is always nearby.
Perfect for whale-watching, beachcombing walks and sunsets worth planning your evening around. Close enough to town for restaurants and boutiques, far enough off the road to feel entirely your own.
