HEALING

‍
In Troncones, healing takes many forms — from ancient traditions like cacao ceremonies, moon gatherings, and temazcal, to modern practices like acupuncture, meditation, and sound therapy. These spaces invite you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself and with nature. Whether you’re seeking balance, clarity, or simply quiet, the coast offers practices that nurture body, mind, and spirit.
